just go to this link and do as it is told , but you will get the answer after very long time, in this mean time , you can open a new account and start work from zero. That is the only way because recovering the hacked account is very hard. I may be wrong, but it may be helpful to send a PM to Cyrus (if you haven't already) to try and get this issue resolved.
