Hello,
5 days ago i bought $500 OneVanilla VISA from someone in Paxful.
but today i got a problem with the card , the balance can't be checked and it says " A problem occured when trying to validate your card. Please contact Customer Service"
I don't know why this happen , i also still have balance in that OneVanilla.
I need someone who can help me solve this problems or help me to call OneVanilla Cust. service and tell me what happen with that card.
I think the card get blocked or something , because i already try it in paypal so much time but it don't accepted. also try it in non-US merchant so much time and i think that's why it get blocked.
If someone can help me , i will give $30 BTC or My OneVanilla $50 balance after i done use it.

It might get blocked due to the way of obtained the card. Even it shows balance sometime you can't use this. You need to call the support and get the exact reason on what happened to the card. Mostly you can't do anything if that card blocked due to some fraud. For Paypal it won't work i think. You can check with some other merchants for ensuring the card acceptance.

The problem is i'm not in USA. So i can't call OneVanilla cust. service.
I need help for someone who live in USA and can call OneVanilla cust.service and tell me what happened with the card.

You can claim it only if you can prove that you have purchased it yourself and have a genuine receipt
