Would there ever be sites that could instantly sell bitcoin for paypal, or do you guys think this is not possible due to paypals chargeback policy?

yes it is hard to find such service and even if you can find they usually charge high fees. Better to search trusted person in currency exchange section of this forum, usually they want to buy bitcoin even at higher than market price. But be careful as some may chargeback after paying you in paypal and you deliver bitcoin to them.

Much better if you do that on an actual person trades. A trusted one would be better although the word "trusted" can't be applied to anyone here in online world.

You can save fees here rather than on a site (if ever there is) since like the above poster said, it sure has a high charge.

There is a person on this forum named "cosmas: he has its own exchange he do manual exchanges and on his exchange site I have saw that he do exchange of paypal to BTC, I do not know more details. You can contact him the will he do it any more or not.

Virwox.com should do the job for you , If you want to trade your PayPal to BTC instantly. The first time may time a while though (like 48 hours) then every other transaction should go smoothly without any issues.
Another thing you could do is trade with individual in "Currency exchange" section in Bitcointalk/Hackforums or Leakforums.

Very difficult to selling paypal to bitcoin, there are only two options to sell in this forum or localbitcoins but seller on localbitcoins give high price than current price.

If you want to trade your PayPal money for Bitcoin you have to remember and agree on ridiculous fees you can pay up to 25% more for every transaction.
With additional fee like this I don't know if PayPal->BTC trading is that optimal. I would do that only in extreme circumstances and avoid in general.

It is possible to use PayPal to buy bitcoin through virwox, but the fees will really get you. The fees are about 3.4% of the amount of the transaction + an additional fee(PayPal charge to virwox which virwox then charges to you) that varies depending on currency, location, payment method, transaction size, etcetera.
  
So, there could be other sites that offer this service but the fees would probably still be as high since it's mainly PayPal that charges the ridiculous fees. Plenty of other options anyway.

Bitcoin and Paypal is like water and oil. Just a extremely small quantity of people or companies accept and like was said, the fees are huge, you can buy easily even with credit card. But both methods involves a lot ID and residence proof because the 180 of chargeback are too high and the jusfication to paypal doesn't have to be too conving at all. Because of the numbef of fraudster and the thousand of methods involving paypal, many services don't allow it and many impose rules that you will think it doesn't pay.

It would be abused by scammers. Use a hacked paypal or stolen creditcard to buy Bitcoin. The perfect crime.

I don't think that this would be possible due to the chargeback risks. If there was a website like this, they'd probably would either have to ask for identiication cards and/or some form of reputation(like some people are already doing on localbitcoins).

I think Virwox is the only site, but some people do not use it because it takes high fee rates , however it is trusty site.
You can also find many threads in buy/sell section to exchange conversely Bitcoin for PayPal , you can exchange your money there , but always use escrow.

Well i had tried on few sites. and most of them didnt work out and i lost lot of money. and rest had very high fees. Rather just trade it with someone on the forums and USE an known escrow for the transactions.

Most of the people here know the risk of trading against paypal money so it better start with escrow
