Title: Tips on Cooling Post by: UgOs on September 28, 2016, 11:55:18 PM I have 2 R4 in my basement with the window open, the temp outside now is approx 15 degrees. The temperature in my basement is like 36 degrees.

In your case dependant on room size an open air fan behind the miners blowing the hot air towards the window might work. On a different note. How are you finding the R4 in terms of reliability? Thanks! I have never had miners at home, i have them hosted up north so my experience is very low. However, I overclocked at 650 which give approx 9.2th/s, they are silent and are reliable since i have been running them. Hook the ducting straight upto the enclosure and direct out the window. Could probably even build it out of some decent cardboard and tape if you're worried about cost.
