I also am going to call this guy out!!  I am sorry but I think this is BS.  To test this theory, I had another, a few hours ago, I had another member (not a special member, but not a newbie either) I did business with request a loan to see if this guy was legit.  We will see what happens.  I am giving him 72 hours to full the loans to see if he is legit and if he is not, he will be properly tagged.

It's already obvious that this is nothing but a troll with a bunch of his alt accounts asking a loan and he filled them. Given that it proves that this guy is fraud, should the alt accounts which received the loan be tagged as well?

I would have to say yes, but the issues is that there needs to be a link to those accounts before anyone trust-able will tag them, in case they are incorrect, they could ruin someones reputation on here.  Most of the time, if they are alt accounts, the user will mess them up down the road also, so the question is whether it is worth the time to look into them.  If you are inclined to look into them and make a connection to the accounts, please do so and post the proof on here.  As soon as one is provided that is proven to be an alt or the OP, they will be tagged immediately.

Browsing through this thread, I don't think this guy has been giving out loans anymore. Based on all the posts here, he only given loans on the first page of this thread. Upon checking his account's profile, he hasn't been active since September 28, 2016. Meaning, that has been a long time since he posted anything.
