             The forum of Icobid platform community will be one of the cores of Icobid platform when it launches. In order to boost up the Icobid platform community, maintain and promote the project for a long time, we introduce ForumBid as a reward to all forum joiners. ForumBid which is a promotional coin for the Icobid Platform community will be delivered proportionally to active level of each forum users.

           At this moment, icobid platform is still in progress of building. ICOBID value has not been established yet. The value of ForumBid will be 1$ of Bitcoin. That means if you have Forumbid, you can exchange to bitcoin in our system with the rate 1ForumBid for 1$ in Bitcoin. When Icobid platform launches, 1ForumBid will be 1$ of ICOBID.

           ForumBid will not cause any bad effect to ICOBID. The only affection it brings to ICOBID will be the broadening of a strong community which is the survival origin of Icobid platform where ICOBID plays the centre role in ideas and proposals publishing, voting and for the startup ideas-based projects.

           ForumBid specifications:
           Name: ForumBid
           Ticker: FB
           Algorithm: PoS with 5% annual staking reward which is similar to banking interest rate.
           Initial Supply: We reserve 5.000.000 FB to spend for Icobid platform community in long time. The number of ForumBid in circulation which depends on the forum's development is much less.

           ForumBid wallets and block explorer will be available 1 week before the ending time of Icobid platform ICO crowdfunding.




             ForumBid is rewarded to forum users on two categories:
           - Post count: All users will have chance to receive ForumBid based on their post count.
           Now to the end of Icobid platform ICO - Crowdfunding: 100 Posts for 2FB.
           After ICO: 100 Posts for 1FB
           - Topics: All topics will receive ForumBid based on the view count. Rewarded ForumBid will be given to topic's author.
           Now to the end of Icobid platform ICO - Crowdfunding: 1000 views for 2FB.
           After ICO: 1000 Views for 1FB

The opinions are all the same that the admin should increase the rewards it is not easy to post 100 post especially if you are not a spammer,I am doing signature campaign but I hardly make 20 post daily,to attract more quality posters I think they should increase it to at least 5 FB per 100 post this is just my opinion,it's up to the admin if he will consider our request.

Earning Forumbid from posting is really difficult; however, imagine you can create as many topics as possible then you will earn much Forumbid based on topics' view count. That's unpredictable reward and based on your promotional skills.

I am pretty sure there is more to come as days passes by. This is just a headstart. Maybe other coins will be promoting there soon especially new ones launching their ICOs too for wider support and coverage.

I have sign up and have tried to repost one topic about one crypto currency since they have a section but everytime I hit post I always get a message that the body is empty,I've tried it several times but getting the same results..

You have good question. Where we can trade the ForumBid is very important. If we join the forum to earn the ForumBid then could not sell the ForumBid for Dollar or BTC, our work will be unmeaningful.
 

Still too low for 100 post for 5 FB,  look at this way, as a Yobit sig campaign participant I am paid 3.+ USD for 20 post, im just being rational here, other campaign here pay around 20 USD for 35 post per week, if you do the comparison, you will see that the payment is too low.  You should adjust your rate in my opinion.



This payment method is not recurring, meaning as a milestone payment it is paid only once per achievement, still not worth the effort IMHO.


I think the template used have issue with certain bbcode format, i think it is a bug.

I think there will be an exchange between ICOBID and FORUMBID, it might be inside the platform.  They can do it manually or automatically depends on what the dev. prefer.


Even if it is easy to earn in just creating topic, the milestone approach somehow limit the earning. It is just a one time payment for our achievement as posted on the OP.  and with the current payment per post, it is not attractive to join the campaign.  0.01 USD per quality post ( not a spam , at least 60 characters, and not off topic).  This mean you will be typing around 6k characters to earn 1 USD.  Not saying the amount of time you need to think of a good reply.

100 post seems to huge with one user; however, with a big community, 100 posts seem little. We have many chance to get Forumbid not only by posts.

Yes it is huge with one user, so they are paying us for 100 post << this mean I as one user need to post at least 100 post to earn 2 FB,  Then it  needs 1000 view for another FB, (1000 not 999) this is one time payment, i would suggest to copy the strategy of coinroll where accumulated post is paid within a week, no need to make it big but the attraction of it is the passive earning from the previous post.  Im ok with 2 FB for 100 post if they will pay me 0.003 FB   for every single  post i previously made per week.  this means for every 1000 post i made I have a passive earning of 3 FB per week.  What do you think,  and this kind of payment method is attractive in my opinion.

Yeah, I would like to know the system of passive earning thru page views.  Is it weekly? As I understand it, it is the same as milestone, number of views reward.  If you meet a certain number of view you get earning.  Is the FB on every milestone increase?  That would be a good way of earning for those who like to post and create a topic if the FB reward increase on every milestone achieved.  I would say this is a great thinking.

Create a variety of topics will inevitably lead to spam contamination. As will be checked for spam content?

So far I've had more than 100 views on each of my post,hopefully I can allocate more times to post here but the biggest drawback is there's not much post here,there are no flows of conversation compare her eon bitcointalk and some other crypto currency forums.

It is expected since the forum is just starting the the main reason why it is created has not been launched yet.  Wait until ICOBID platform is launched succesfully and there you can have lots of topics to discussed especially on the IDEA section.  It would be unnecessary to discuss bitcoin there because of the presence of this foruml, in my opinion.

Using this as a form of marketing for icobid is a brilliant idea. To attract enthusiasts of getting their assets into this.

Lol i checked the forum seems there are few post, not much of an interest there i think.  The main reason is that there is actually no good topic to discuss from.  Reward system is a bit unattractive as a starting forum.  There are few things to consider in a forum.  one of it is the reward system or if you don't want to offer a reward system, you can start an interesting and important topic ranging from cryptocurrency to  daily lives q and A.

Neither here in bitcointalk.org because your rank is still a newbie. But I guess what matters to me are the interesting useful topics and some of those I can learn while earning.

Nope ICOBID is in a state of limbo at this point.  No news, no update and no planned date on when the ICO will start.  I think they are busy with unknown stuff, may it be the platform for ICOBID ICO or what. No news, no hint or what so ever.  Anyway, I think those who participate in its pre-ICO campaign should and must have an extra reward because of the delay.

I wonder what will happen when the actual ICO starts.  From the previous week it seems there are addition to those who are interested to join the ICO.

I wonder if this is the back up thread of ICOBID, i seen familiar names and the exact message from here and ICOBID forum.  Is this intentional? to duplicate posts and increase post counts?  Anyway seems there is still no update here from dev.  I visit this thread for the upcoming ICO announcement date but it seems it is well hidden in secret .

The Idea of ICOBID is very interesting. it looks like similar to Steemit.com. In steemit. there is also voting system. and anyone get higher upvotes. will earn a certain amount of Steem coins..

Dev is doing well for promoting the project. Ending time for pre-ICO has nearly come. Is the ICO ready to start? I guess a lot of people are paying much attention to this project. They're waiting for the ICO for big investment

In my opinion the best way for a coin to be launched in ICO is when everything is nearly ready like platform and stuffs will be ready for launching maybe few days after ICO. Although it's a bit difficult mostly due to financial reasons.

Dev, Can you share those projects that you are involved with?  Their status and how well is it doing now?  You should provide us essential details since you are claiming that you have experience but the questions is what are these experiences?  Showing us fact and not just word can strengthen your stance in this project.

IMO Iconomi is getting most of the funding for this round.
So that's likely why the activity is small for the time being.

What happened to Forumbid site? Or is just me?

It is down, i also can't access the page,  maybe they are adding some content on the forum.  Maybe they will be removing the graduation hat in there instead put that weighing scale as a logo of the forum.  Well, I hope the database is fine.  There are already several posts there and it will be disastrous if database is not ok.

It seems the forum is still down.  Any info why the forum is down?  There are people who already put an effort on that site, I hope all the data there is safe.  A word from the dev about this issue is reassuring that all the effort put in that forum is safe.  It's been some days now and yet no update from the dev why the forum is down.

I think they are hard work now, because Many problems that arise after the forum running some time ago. So most likely they're trying to fix.

I hope it is what you said, there are already effort put in there.  it would be nice if the forum site launch with automated apps that will count post and threads and at the same time tipbot of forumbid in it where users can tip other users.  Four more days till ICOBID platform assumed launch date.  I hope to see the forum to come live the same time the ICO is launched.

I think that the Developer did not received the good response in ICO that is why he has stopped the forum and the ICO first stage is gone bad with only 1% or lesser then only invested and that too i think Developer have invested it. So it is going to be dead very soon

ICOBID ICO is ongoing - though not many seems to be interested in buying into it - only 0.08 BTC so far raised, despite the buzz and overwhelming bounties given away by dev.

It is still to early to tell there is still more than 3 weeks for the ICO to get investors attention.  But I think they should do it right this time.  About the forum, maybe Pioneer88 will up it after the ICO after all ICOBID need a forum for the discussion of its plans and projects, not mentioning the ideas to be tackled there.
