This agreement is for the option for Scott J to buy from gusti up to 2000 LTC at a price of USD $5 per LTC, at any time before September 4th, 2013. In return, Scott J is paying to gusti 100 LTC now to address LMWVJpHrteCE9cnEopUwfpUwC5cPJjqQ9d gusti is be obliged to keep the full amount of 2000 LTC in his custody until September 4th, 2013. For the final purchase of LTC option, escrow may be arranged between Scott J and gusti.
