I generated a bitinstant payment from mtgox and it ended up paying another bitcoin address.  SO now i am left with no money or btc yet and bitinstant is not helping at all.  Mtgox still waiting for a response. 


I created a bitinstant transfer from mtgox and it sent me to zip zap which was payed with a money gram transfer.  SO thats how it works for a bitinstant payment.  The only problem is my coins went to a different address. somewhere in france.  SO what am i to do.  Take mtgox or bitinstant  to court?   emailing is not helping and they have like to call support number and chat options do not work for either sites for me.  SO im left with trying to figure this out on my own.   Please help  i have copies of all recipets and transactions whats the best way to handle this situation.
