If you have some money locked in your PayPal account and you need link credit card for cashout.

I offer you free virtual credit card, you link it with your PP, send your funds to card and I send you BTCBTC

Service fee 20%

it will work on those countries where paypal credit card withdraws are allowed.

Ok, I am interested in one of these cards to test with a small amount, so will I be able to link it to a limited or a working paypal account without having to send you any money and withdraw the funds from paypal to btc?
