Writing puts and calls ties up capital so I'd like to create a thread for people who are interested in options trading. Please post the symbol you are interested in along with whether or not you are interested in buying a PUT or a CALL. Please don't post amounts and prices. Please allow the option writers to compete to give you the best price. That will be all. Enjoy! A great way to get into options trading is with small premiums on in-the-money covered calls. For example, I just wrote this on BitFunder:
0.70 BTC 50 0.080 BTC Yes 2013-04-10 00:00:05 At an ask of .772 this represents a premium of 0.008 (~1%) per share. This is how I write options, I try to compete on price.
