Good luck friend but I want to suggest something to you, see there are people selling bitcoins for INR on localbitcoins at 45,000 while you are selling at 46,000+ then why will someone prefer you over him ?
Anyways good luck and maybe when you are new then try to do at less exchange fees.

I thought we are talking about localbitcoins only. Verification is optional in LBC and if i go to some indian exchange, The rates are higher than what you have quoted. Do not compare LBC sellers with exchanger both are different in process.

But in the other hand no one forced you to do anything , also its for own safety for the seller to have KYC for each and every customer they face in order to defend possible future problems with Authority when they ask who paid you do you have any proof , well i placed terms to safeguard myself of course and if that bring me 1 customer in one month i am happy with it ;)

since there are many traders at the lbc but in the category of Indian trader for inr to btc exch your rate is hight for selling price .
then how anyone will prefer to buy bitcoin with you . instead of  getting loss he will prefer to go to other trader .

Since your in india I would beg to guess you can not take paypal correct?
Have this exact amount to buy your bitcoin but all my funds are in paypal so unless you can not get an intermittenary to take the paypal then transfer to you into your requested funds then we can not do this deal.
