Payments are accepted via PayPal so I think that should give the site some trust points? I am do worry about the trust issues with Bitcoin & Altcoins payments - even though these payments are going through a third party wallet - they not going directly to my crypto wallet. I am not sure if there any escrow services available for crypto payments.
