The owner of btc12.com (cyberhacker (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=106829)) is a scammer and blackmailer. He published some posts (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.msg16599228#msg16599228) and blackmail to the creators for bounty. If not meet his demand,he will start to troll and bullshit the projects. What he has trolled projects including:Wings,komodo,DAO,decent,SingularDTV,kibo,BlockCDN,Stratis,waves,incent....
