Hi everyone,

I'm new to the world of bitcoin and mining.
I'm currently getting 2 eth units everyday and I'm using Poloniex for trading.

I'll try to explain you as best as I can my interrogation:
So, I should exchange my ETH for BTC when BTC's low and ETH's High right ?
With my BTC, When the rate is very high, Should I exchange it for USDT, wait for ETH or BTC to drop, rebuy them with my USDT and repeat again and again?

Would that be a good way to trade and grow my wallet? I just want to know if I have the right logic in mind of trading.
Thank you guys!
Just exchange it into btc when the price of the eth are at the superior level, and about the second question you just asking about the USDT if the price of bitcoin are stronger than USDT and rebuy the bitcoin at the rate are back to the weak condition again.

that is the gist of it, so yeah you are right. but this will only happen in a perfect world where everything is to your liking. what happens is that when you buy eth its price drops and when you sell it the price goes up again.

but yeah if you can find the bottoms to buy and the top of the pump to sell eth or any altcoin for that matter it can be profitable in theory.

this is one way of doing it, and it can be profitable if all three markets are volatile enough for you to get in and out and make profit.

but it is not a good method in my opinion because you are adding additional, unnecessary  steps which will introduce more risks and more fee.

why not do it directly with one pair only?
this is the normal way of trading which is easier in my opinion. you buy low and sell high as simple as that. and you don't need to worry too much about 6 different pair prices all the time.

As others  suggesting here  why wont you stick  into  1 currency  itself?  because you would  surely  lost   money  on  transferring or  converting  it because of  the  fees.  Well  its your decision though because  its your  trading style as  long you are profitable   on your trading style then just  stick  into it.

Although you are new to the world of bitcoins and mining, but you could made 2 ETH daily and it is good for newbie on bitcoins because not all of people can make profit 2 eth daily. And i think you can make increase your profit daily.

I found those two statements contradicting! If you're new to the world of bitcoin and mining, yet making 2 Eth everyday at Poloniex, then you already have a working strategy and they don't need to change a winning team or strategy. Or where you  trying to say, you have 2 eth at the moment and wondering how to grow it?

The good way to grow what you have is just to study trading very well, actually there are no definite schedule for to trade as you can trade 24/7 online and that is the benefits if you are good in paying attention of the price of the asset you are trading, I mean just look for a better timing and just follow the principle to buy low and sell high all the time.

Correct, this is somehow  misleading though because   he mentioned   he  get 2 eth every day and then for sure he  have  somehow a stable   technique  in able to manage those earnings or gains. YOu would not  really need an advice after all hence you already manage to earn on it.

You have a point here, there is charges when you make transaction whether you buy or sell.

@ts (thread starter) I am not familiar with USDT pair but I think it is much to stick with BTC - ETH pairing. As of now BTC value is quite high in dollar, its more expesive to buy from it. Most people I know are converting to fiat.

I think if you get good price of ETH TO BTC conversion that time you can convert it and store it in BTC mode and when ever you feel that the bitcoin price is high for you to sell and take profit you can go for it.

Currently looking ETH price is in lows and bitcoin is actively being pumped from several days so you can sell ETH daily (as you said you are getting eth daily) than keep your bitcoins as it is, when bitcoin price starts to correct exchange it for usdt or directly buy ETH back as mostly when bitcoin get pumped all other alts go through bloody bath and when bitcoin price get some correction, some high volume alts like ETH, XMR start to get pumped.

if you like this method of trading and if you have tested and have been successful then there is no need to ask others about it, just do it and have fun.

but if you ask me, I don't like this and I prefer dumping ETH and having the BTC ready to get in other markets for the time being and buy ETH back if and when the price reached the bottom where I felt is a good place to buy at and right now the price is still too high and needs to go lower.
