Title: FortuneJacks promo LuckyJack Is BOGUS
Post by: Paecga129 on October 27, 2016, 07:10:00 AM
Can someone explain to me how it makes sense that a site offers a promotion without explaining the rules for it.   I received an email I win 100mbtc at Fortune Jack as part of the lucky jack promotion.   When I tried to claim I was denied saying I didn't press the lucky jack button to receive.   I am pretty sure I did but regardless of that he email clearly stated I won.    Not potentially not possibly not if I followed such and such but said I won.   Okay so live chat tells me sorry I didn't win.  I asked where this is stated and was told it's not stated anywhere but is the rule.   I asked how a person can play the game correctly without knowing he rules.    I asked why under FAQ nothing is said about this and why it says the only stipulation is you must have deposited 10 mbtc.   I am lost as to how this is even acceptable for a site I used to find reputable.   I have screen shots of all of these conversations as well.

Dude that sounds like s scam email to get you to login to a phishing site. They entice you with a promise of a win to get you to login quickly without thinking but then its too late you used their link and lost your account. This happens with all kinds of accounts. Eben some of my gaming accounts injad received emails like this about. It ia just phishing sttempts. As you say how can you win something without entering. Close the email and move on.

What upsets me about the whole thing is the fact the email clearly states the following people won 100mbtc.   It doesn't say if you did this or that.   It doesn't say potential it doesn't say possible.   And when I asked live chat where these rules were stated she flat out said no where.  I said I didn't appreciate my username. Wing used in an email that states I won something I didn't win.

This is possible. If there is a contradiction between the email and the support, there may be the possibility of a phishing attempt. What was the email address that sent you the email? It should have @fortunejack.com (or something similar) appended to it.

The LuckyJack game is kind of weird, though. There's little to no terms and conditions provided to it and the wording is weird. "Players who deposited total of 10 mBTC at FortuneJack are qualified for the giveaway promo" is confusing - 10 mBTC for the day... since time immemorial... or when?

"Maximum amount player can win is 100 mBTC per day" - well, what's the minimum? There's no information whatsoever, even in the FAQ. There need to be clear and definite terms.

I agree completely.  I asked live chat if I could speak to a manager and they referred me to send an email to support and ask my questions so I have done so and am waiting for a response to hopefully yet these  questions Answered

well, i was thinking the same but by the history he tells the problem isnt the promo but the requirements(Press the lucky button and 10mbtc deposit).
he did win but he didnt completed the requirements.

and i agree with you OP... this requirements should be, at least, in FAQ and the email.

FortuneJack are not answering lately and some of the major review websites are filled with complaints and bad reviews.
As a known and good platform, its time for an official FortuneJack to step forward and answer some queries.

I looked at it a while ago, and just looked again now, I think the way it works is:

They pick 10 random names every day.

The only way to see if your name was picked is go to the page and click and watch the stupid animation.

If you're name is picked, and you also click the button that day, you win.  Otherwise you don't.

They show the picked names for the two previous days, looks like last two days nobody claimed the prize, like you.

They probably emailed you to let you know you would of won but its too late now.

I could be completely wrong.   Support is more likely to be completely wrong though.

It is really bogus because they're really not giving away 1000mbtc everyday they should exclude those people who don't even deposit at their site like graying out the button telling them they should deposit 10mbtc. I mostly see one or two people who mostly can claim their prizes daily on this promotion.

The LuckyJack game is kind of weird, though. There's little to no terms and conditions provided to it and the wording is weird. "Players who deposited total of 10 mBTC at FortuneJack are qualified for the giveaway promo" is confusing - 10 mBTC for the day... since time immemorial... or when?

They said once you deposit 10mbtc on your account your eligible to claim the prize for a lifetime.

I think that the prize winning bitcoin is 1000mbtc in lucky jack spin, so if you have got only 100mbtc then better first check the email id or the link to claim the prize is same of fortunejack or some thing else.

And same is i have never seen anyone claiming of winning this prize and even i have not seen any user in that name that ever have been playing in fortunejack

Are people already there who get a gift from fortunejack ??
I until recently had never seen it, this might just want to raise their reputation ???

Now that is strange!

According to FAQ:

And the 1st screenshot shows same guy winning two prizes and making 200 mbtc in a round.  Clearly a fishy game.

Is that really won it, see a lot of complaints in this campaign to get the gift, there may be a fault in the system in the regulation of carriers, perhaps a lack of public interest to fortunejack for the future in order to be noticed in the system in order to better for the future ..

I posted about it in FJ thread, they deleted the post and claimed they were photo shopped.

Again, they aren't taken by me and I haven't looked into the contest much personally, the player who sent them to me requested anonymity, but I am very confident that they are authentic.

I am sure  that I also had NOT IDENTIFIED error a month or some weeks ago when I tried my luck on LuckyJack.  Fortunejack was one of my favourite site but recent chain of video jackpot incident and now this has turned me off for them.
