They have been online for a long time already and have built up a good reputation amount the faucets industry. I do not think that the will run away with the Bitcoin where they can earn much more from fees easily. I personally used AdBit.co before and I found the admin to be someone who can be trusted. I stop using just because the amount of revenues I made is low compared to other Ad-network that accepted me. I'd suggest you to send them an email. * Its has been a long time since I used AdBit.co.
