Warranty & Return Policy:

1. For troubleshooting or technical support, please reach out to Bitmain at support.bitmain.com 

2. Bitmain provides a 90-day warranty starting from the date your order is shipped out according to the shipper’s tracking information.

3. The customer will bear the return shipping charge. The cost of shipping a replacement unit back to customer within the warranty period will be covered by Bitmain.

4. To avail warranty, the customer must report the issue within the warranty period through Newegg’s portal after the issue cannot be resolved by Bitmain’s troubleshooting and tech support.

5. Overclocking the equipment will immediately void the warranty. The following events will also void the warranty:
a. Customer removes/replaces any components himself without receiving permission from Bitmain first;
b. Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges;
c. Burnt parts on circuit boards or chips;
d. Miner/boards/components damaged due to water immersion or corrosion in a wet environment.
e. Any damage caused by operating the product in a temperature that is outside its prescribed temperature limit.

6. All sales are final. There are no refunds but only replacement or repair (during the warranty period).

7. In some cases, where the warranty is void, Bitmain can still do repairs at customer’s expense if the customer requests it.

8. Customer must return the defective parts to Bitmain at own expense after troubleshooting with Bitmain and after opening a support ticket.

9. Any product that is DOA (dead on arrival) or damaged during transport and delivered in a defective state must be filed by the buyer through a written claim (with proof) to Bitmain within 3 days of product receipt date according to the shipper’s tracking information.

10. Bitmain does not cover loss of profitability, loss of business or any other loss caused by down-time of the mining operation.

Return Instruction
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
