b]What happened:: prince V participated in bidding on dice script that i put on auction. After he won @0.01BTC i agreed to send him the script first and he said he will pay immediatelly after reciving.

After i sent him script he didnt pay for the next 30+ hrs claiming that his programmer is not online. Now he says that script contains malicious code and refuse to pay 0.01BTC even though script is working 100%.[/b]

Please report this with valid screenshots and proofs to a Moderator or Theymos himself. You should use escrows these days as you can barely find trusted candidates online.

Reporting to mods or theymos changes what ? Doesn't gives his coins back for sure.Stop misguiding people to report scams to admins,they've better things to do.If the post has valid proofs,DT members will tag them accordingly.

At least he gets his account which he can sell for few coins.

Did you actually bother to read the thread ? I read it,twice.Don't see it mentioned anywhere that the account is hacked/being stolen? Selling accounts is frowned upon.

What else can you think of to return her money? That is the only way.

Instead of quotes than can be modified, can you take unedited screen shots of all PMs pertaining to this agreement and post?

anyone among you take the script from him and run on your vps.if you are sucessfull let me know.i have lost 80$ in reinstalling my server again.and you can check that thread itself everyone just identified that a script which was available for free this guy auctioned and as usual free scripts contain malware.
tell him to show a live demo of his dice script.i told him 10 times in msgs i will pay him just show a live demo he is not ready to show that

i will send anyone here who wants that fcking script test it off.my server crashed twice because of it.and even hack code is added in the script to steal real mny.
i have done deals worth 20btc+ 7$ for a script i will buy amd not pay no reason.
this guys false things were caught in previous threads so he id opening new threads

he has already done this with other and many users you can check in his trust with directly asking/forcing people for their email and pass.
legendary members have checked that script and marked it as malicious hack code pre added script

What is the malicious code you found in the source? If this is public can you please direct me to its source so that I can take a look.

all about it is mentioned in original auction thread.i didnt realise that it was github useless script so got it installed by my it worker and site crashed and its not working now
my site was running with a sportsbetting script which i was auctioning i thought if i can add a dice script which getting for 6$ i can increase my scripts value by 100$ but rather my demo website itself crashed.
www.morrisonbet.com this was the demo website.it is not working now because of this fool.and i am not able to show my sites userinterface to those who want to see my sports betting script.
how r such scammers allowed on this forum?i will download a 0$ script(will definitely have malwares and other nonsence things added) and will auction it on this forum is it correct?on my site i had all payments method also integrated and all affiliates base setup for a one who will wish to buy it but because of people like this our all things are lost.i hope mods will take a look at this and will take proper action.i didnt report abt this to mods becoz already they have lot of works to be done other than stopping such scammers.
download script and check yourself so you can see what all things are there in it.

This isn't very helpful honestly. Where is the link to the source for instance? As for your server, are your files and databases still there or did the guy you hired to do it for you delete what you had to replace it with the new script?

already mentioned before itself server has been reinstalled.reinstalled means everything has been removed now again my old backup sportsbook script will be put up.
please check his thread in auction everyone has identified his scam there and he just ran away from there.

this is the thread.everyone identified his scam.he blackmailed me stating will give red trust and will abuse if i dont pay him and he is doing that only.check what everyone is saying in that thread.all saying the same thing 'forcing to pay for a free script'

Judging from that thread and his instructions he is indeed selling a free script that is open sourced on this forum already. Not only does his instructions include the scripts name but even how to install it.

It is a good thing you didn't pay him.

I think this whole issue have become into a drama, seller saying buyer never pay for the dice script, and buyer saying seller send him a script with malware with hack code.

even that part is for verbatim. there cant be clearer proof that prince v is innocent

keep aside hack and malware part a proof which all here can understand is its  a free script for which he needs mny.you can check this thing urself.
if u think seller is inocent tell him to show demo of his script.he has posted that' demo via pm 'which was asked and he never replies to that thing (3 persons in total asked for it but no reply to anyone) and says i will send you script and u pay me immediately.

No, you are not that is called scamming. In no language is it okay to sell other peoples work as your own. Especially if they offer their code for free.

It is about morals. Only a piece of shit would take someone else's work and try to sell it as their own. It is perfectly legal to sell open sourced software, that doesn't make it right.

felinegambler stole the script from johny1976 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=143958) and added the backdoor (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=909282.0). you are selling something pirated and broken

I think you both, as well as everyone else on this thread are wasting far too much energy over 0.01.   It looks like prince didn't get what was promised and chose not to pay.

You did not - you lied.

You should have paid the money you agreed to.  If the script did not work, you should have opened a scam accusation against the seller.  Right now you have both your money and a script you can freely modify and use.

You can take something that is free, and sell it as a VAR (Value Added Reseller).  That VAR can be as complicated as personally walking you step by step through the script, or as simple as making the buyer aware the script exists.

This isn't what he did though. He took someone else's script, deleted the github link and tried selling it. If he modified it then I could understand selling it but he didn't do anything of the sort. Unfortunately for him it was a very public script offered here on the forum.

He didn't make anyone aware it was a publicly free script until he was busted.

I'm far from being even remotely close to being a scammer and I'll be damned if some skid tries to sell me a free script, I wouldn't pay for it either.

The issue I have is he said he would pay when he received the script.  He received the script and didn't pay.

If there was something wrong with the script he should have opened a scam accusation.

It's like saying to someone "I'll give you $10 to give me directions to this place I've heard of." then getting the directions and saying "Oh I know that place, I don't need directions".

the github one is a pirated copy anyway with a value added backdoor. just because someone uploaded it to github doesnt make it free

Yes, this was established previously that the feline script was ripped from johny.


I believe he posted about it on the thread he was auctioning it on and then this thread was made by the other guy.

A better example would be ordering a brand new yacht and getting a used rowboat instead.
