Imagine that you are mining one altcoin with 1000 mh/s and now as you say, you want to mine also another altcoin. When you want to mine another one, than your hashrate will be not 1000 mh/s for both coin, but 500 mhs for one and 500 for second one. So I think it's better to buy another hardware to mine two altcoin at the same time.

Since Nodes are what keep the blockchain secure; the demand for having many nodes running will be bigger than now.

All you do is piss off your ISP running them. Like the above poster said, buy a GPU and mine 1 coin with it. Either ETH or ZEC. Nothing else is worth it currently.
