Title: StealMy.Co.in normal/self-destruct/baller mode
Post by: mebezac on April 06, 2013, 08:15:11 AM
Hi all.

I have decided to start my own version(s) of the chain game. I know some of you may say, "Oh no, not another one of these!" but as most of you know, these games are slow so the more of them there are, the easier it is for people like me who like these games to play multiple ones at once, instead of waiting on just one site. When I first got into bitcoins, these kind of sites were one of the first things that got me hooked because they offer a pretty safe way to make some nice little profits to the players.

The first and "normal" one of the sites is http://StealMy.Co.in/ (http://StealMy.Co.in/)

Starting Price: .05BTC
Player Payout: 25%
Price Increase: 30%
Reset Odds: 1.75%
Time Limit: 1 Day

The second and "different" one of the sites is http://BOOM.StealMy.Co.in/ (http://BOOM.StealMy.Co.in/).

This version of the site has a self-destruct mode. This means that the the reset odd is 0%, meaning there is a 100% chance of making a profit as long as someone steals it before the coin self-destructs in 4 days. I think this one could be fun because it takes the fear of a random reset out and puts it all on hoping someone else will come and steal the coin  ;D

Starting Price: .1BTC
Player Payout: 28%
Price Increase: 33%
Reset Odds: 0%
Time Limit: 4 Day

The third one of my sites is for high-rollers and ballers who like big returns on their investment http://Baller.StealMy.Co.in/ (http://baller.stealmy.co.in/).

Again, the reset odd is 0%, meaning there is a 100% chance of making a 50% profit as long as someone steals it before the coin self-destructs in 3 days. This is the version where you can make huge profits if you convince someone to steal after you.

Starting Price: 1BTC
Player Payout: 50%
Price Increase: 55%
Reset Odds: 0%
Time Limit: 3 Day

Come play, if for nothing else for these cheesy gifs I made: :P

Personally i dont understand why anybody would play a chain game with random reset (thats why i dont have one in my game btctreasure.com (http://btctreasure.com)), but a 7.5% reset? Dont you think its way too high?

Actually, believe or not, I was in the middle of changing it when you posted that! I looked around at some of the other ones, and yeah mine was too high, I've lowered it to 1.75%.

My original thinking was that a higher reset would speed the game along by making it reset more often, but I think that would probably just scare people away instead.

Thanks! Also, I really like your site!

Thanks :) Its good you have two versions, we will be able to see what people prefer more: a game with reset or without. If you have too high reset people wont risk to buy an item, but if you have low chance to reset, then its influence should not be noticeable because it shoul affect one or two purchases from 100. Thats why i cant find a reason why to have a reset at all since it complicates code and makes game rules slightly harder to understand, not to mention people will start to be suspicious if you will have two or three resets in a short period of time (which with random number generator is possible). Im not trying to convince you to remove it, im just curious what is better :)

Best of luck! I prefer games where you know your odd's, but everyone for them selves :)

New buyers on the Original (http://stealmy.co.in) and Self-Destruct (http://boom.stealmy.co.in) mode!

Isn't this just a modified template/script? There are probably a dozen of games exactly the same as yours but with different names/settings?

Yes it is a script you can buy, but like a lot of people have said before, the game is kind of slow paced in that it might only get bought once a day. Some people, like me like these kind of games and the fact that there is a couple more of them means there are more of them to play for people who like them. It might not be the most innovative concept ever, but I don't think it's completely worthless, but to each their own.
