If you're exchange on Poloniex right now, you should get 0.01131 BTC (with current rate @6 sat/BYTE). If you see that, you know if you'll get higher price in exchange site rather than you selling it on here, and you're more "safe". Remember there are a lot of scammer on this forum, if you're still want to selling on here, an escrow is must.

why don't you sell them on exchange directly, its safe then selling here if you aren't using an escrow

I'm using hitbtc to exchange my bytecoin it's much safer doing business in exchange then peer to peer but since it's just a small amount ,you just have to pick a trustworthy buyer and you won't need an escrow that..
