Title: Help! My Bitcoins dissapeared!
Post by: AntoinetteMarie on November 22, 2016, 09:40:20 AM

Its my first time using bitcoins. I sent the coins to the Address 18YCnsr5Qa3bQwBusNVQpbQ3Gxdh7n3BCX Thats the address Excash gave me to auto deposit into my bank account. I got a confirmation from Blockchain Wallet that they were sent. And a reciept from Exchash confirming the transaction but 4 days later still in my bank account. Have my coins disappeared???

So they gave you this address: https://blockchain.info/address/18YCnsr5Qa3bQwBusNVQpbQ3Gxdh7n3BCX

Could you post the transaction id of the transaction in which you've sent the BTC?

I have no experience with Excash , but it's possible they're scammers. (no scam accusation here, just stating the fact that there are a lot of scam exchanges on the web)

I beleive this is it. 17DVgUAa8wCnyXwhQ5Smg2JZBvjoXKzsKP    I think your right. They may be a scam. Not sure if its normal but when i look up the address i sent the bitcoin to there are 60 deposits to that same address.

You sent your BTCs to an exchange, so they would deposit directly in your local currency bank account, right?

The transaction was confirmed, so they received your BTCs, but you didn't receive anything on your bank account. Looks they just got your money and didn't send anything to your account. Please, can you paste here the exchange link? "Excash" I didn't find, only "Exkash".

There aren't many feedbacks on google about this site, looks there aren't many people using this...

Did you try to contact Exkash support about the issue with your payment?

EDITED: I found some feedbacks... The news aren't good, many people were already scammed by this site:

Sorry for your loss... But next time ask here on forum about trusted services paying directly to your bank account before doing a transaction like that, ok?

You still can make profit with Bitcoins, don't let this bad experience make you have a bad vision about Bitcoins.

Op if you would be so nice, could waste a bit of your time to start a thread in scam accusation section with info how you were scammed.
More people deserve to know that Excash is not trustworthy service and instead will snatch deposits of its users.

Hello.

Very sorry for your loss. Did someone refer you to use that site? If yes, it is a lot better so he/she/they can be marked. Also the link you posted here may benefit them because it will put there website on higher search-priority on google.

That's why I didn't go and give my trust in any site exsisting online as an bitcoin exchanger even those site that has good feedback sometimes there are some instances that some users got experiencing like this, I'm very sorry for your lost, I hope it will serve as a lesson to you mate, don't you ever use an exchanging site without reading google about thier rating and reviews.

Uuuh don't trust google, even popullar site like blockchain.info spoofing in google sponsored results, i don't know is this google's fault or they don't care about the scam site that advertised on their service thus for security purpose never google something like that if you won't lose your money again, make a research before invest, if you didn't find any information about the site, better to open a new thread  here and ask the community i truly believe the community will help you and answer you question.
Anyway i am really sorry for your lost. Good luck for you
