Lets give some time to op update the details of the account about the staked adress, as well if its present at some signature, but be aware that buying an account enrolled into other signature or the same as your may result into a negative feedback almost instant. Besides that looks wizzard for me to se an hero account be sold lower then 0,14btc, knowing the time to reach such status.

I doubt it is registered in a signature campaign so your bid is invalid.

This is the worse attempt of selling an account here, trying to make people make a bigger bid whit the account for auction pushing the price, and well for sure this is the account just had joined a signature as op said.
