Probably the seller's fault and not theirs. Chinese companies use shit shipping methods, and it can take up to two months for some things to arrive. Have patience and you'll get your items- there's a reason not too many people buy direct. Just be glad there's a service like this at all- not very many like it are available today, and the ones that exist are shit, i.e all4btc.Still missing a lot of items and i have not receive an answer from your support on site. From the site the only tracking number that i have is the one i get today. i send them a mail through their site, i am waiting for an answer... and yes,i am glad for this service. i am not glad that i don't receive a notification about my orders process or a more better explanation about shipping. I get a shipping code and with this i take my order. BUT it was the 1/3 of my total order and the max time to deliver was 30 days. Still i dont have any reply from the shopawl support neither here or in their site. so what can i do? i will have to wait and pray?! |
