I havent logged on here for years decided to get back into bitcoin and now i see tons of bad rep and posts and messages i never sent or posted, what should i do start a new account or contact an admin?

You need to contact Theymos. Make sure you can sign an old message or you won't get your account back.

I'm assuming it's not the account you're posting from right now? Or is it? If it's the account you're on now you'll need to explain to anyond whoe left you negative trust that you are the original owner and show some sort of proof that you were hacked (eg. Change in writing style right after a password change).

damnit i cant just make a new account after going through this the scammer used all my details hacked my email accessed my blockchain wallet took all my funds and appearently i was doxed and police were called on my name so i am not sure if i should even bother with bitcoins again

 WTF?  You doxed yourself here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=569441.0).  Or was this where the hacker took over your life?  Why did it take you two and a half years to think about regaining control of the account?
 
 Also CrashX (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=141424) has a negative rating for you around the same time 2014-07-07 which says:

Mike (MICHAEL DZEDZEJ) is a Scammer.

Made a loan of 0.35 BTC back in 03-04-14, told me that he should have it back within a week or 2. But that never happened. Been over 4 months now and nothing.

So he is a CLEAR SCAMMER.

but he hasn't appear much in 2.5 years either.   Where have you two been?

 I'm not sure you could prove your account was hacked.
