Title: Altcoin Miner Crack Thread getting deleted repeatedly- Claymores Zcash Post by: Jmme on December 01, 2016, 02:11:35 AM I am not posting this to debate if what we have done is moral but to discuss if it's legal and and is allowed on the forum.
We wrote an executable that decreases (or eliminates) and diverts Claymores Zcash mining fee as well as his Dual Eth miner. We released it then locked the Github for moral reasons. The thread was deleted. Claymore uses mrb's Silentarmy code in his miner and as such has the MIT License attached at the bottom of his thread. Secondly his software is closed source but not copyrighted in any fashion. Lastly, why is Optiminers miner release still allowed on the forum when he has pulled the software and it IS copyrighted material. Thanks |
