You want to make sure you are getting the best price you can, and not handing over $20,000 worth of bitcoin for significantly less than that. There are several reputable sources for exchanging bitcoin for your local currency. fastcash4bitcoins.com is a good site. localbitcoins.com is good as well. There are several members of this forum who would all be interested in making that exchange with you. You also might want to look into EDIT: As of 2013-04-17 BitFloor has ceased all operations.
