They will not send philipma1957 a sample. If one can't do that or can't afford to do that thinking he would scam ::) most likely are scammers. Keep your coin. Buy btc much better invest than giving these folks your coin with hopes of getting them all back.
I'd love to be wrong about them. Since they are operating out of vegas they would have some balls trying to scam within US. But then again look at cryptsy. That guy still on the run. They openly admit they are trying to fraudulently get around taxes.
2. Can you mark my order as "gift" at shipping or lower the price in documents, enclosed with the miner? No, we cannot send the shipment as "gift". But we can mark it as "spare parts" and lower the price or the order. Yep do that and when you get bucket of parts you then only can file claim for declared value.
