Not unless you are using a Proxy on a computer not linked to you personally. If it is your home internet or computer, email, etc. you can be traced.

You can, dude. You need to use the secure connection (encrypt your connection).
Like, use Proxy, Vpn or Socks 5.  You can get traced if your real ip was getting caught.

it is not as easy as you may think.
for example, where did you buy those coins? that link is enough to find out who you are by just looking at the blockchain (bitcoin blockchain)
and if you are concerned about blockchain.info then start using a desktop wallet. and also remember that bitcoin transactions does not record your IP and there are a lot of other ways to find out who the owner of a bitcoin address is.
you can also use a mixer to mix your coins to break that link i mentioned above.

Using of the offline wallet and other forms of hardware wallet and paper wallets help you to be anonymous. Though our technology seems to be completely anonymous if a particular person needs to be tracked, sure techies can do it.

Making it completely anonymous will be impossible but you can try using a mixer to anonymize the transaction. Basically mixers wipe the trace of the bitcoin transaction from the wallet you used to send to the wallet that is going to receive it.

but i think when the OP connect with internet, it still can be traced by the ISP and if the government wants to check from the user of that ISP, then the ISP is ready to give the data of the user. maybe using the VPN is the right choose but i don't know for sure, because i don't think we can keep anonymous.

the anonymous here i think our transaction can not be traced by any one because we only send the amount of bitcoin and we don't have to write our personal data in that transaction.

Only you can access the BTC if it is only you who have access to the wallet. No one can stole your BTC from your wallet unless you give them your wallet and/or they get accessed in it illegally.

It takes to long to explain it here in detail so I am leaving you in the company of this very useful website which answers pretty much lots of aspects of your question. Read it carefully.

http://cryptorials.io/how-to-use-bitcoin-anonymously/

Edit: Stay away from the darkwallet which is presented at that website, it had a few problems until know. Every other thing mostly is correct there.

define anonymity first.
if you don't want your ISP to know you are using bitcoin then you should never visit a bitcoin related website, use a wallet, block explorer, .... without using VPN or TOR,...
but that doesn't mean your bitcoin address is anonymous!
for example when you go to an exchange, link your bank account, deposit and buy bitcoin then withdraw to your bitcoin address, no matter how many VPNs you use you are not anonymous because government can easily ask the exchange to tell them where you send those coins.

I too believe multiple accounts on blockchain.info will not get you complete anonymous. Because for web wallets you must need at least email address and your IP address will be tracked if needed. If you are looking for complete anonymous then you stand alone wallets with VPN connection, then no one will trace you for sure.

Multiple accounts can not help you to be anonymous. You should use VPN/proxy service if you don't want to get tracked by Government or it's related department.

Lol, if you are wanted for the FBI doesn't matter what you do to keep yourself anonymous, they will find you, they have technology and tools that can easily track your trails, otherwise they wouldn't be the Federal Bureau of Investigation intelligence service.

If you're using an online wallet, The legal authorities can just talk to the support team and provide some valid evidences and boom they can access it so don't use online wallets and just use Vpn or Tor network to prevent them from tracking you

Assume a people know im hidden a BTC in blockchain account but im not admit.

No one can access your account unless you give them or they know your private keys / Username and Password (Online Wallets only )

It' safe and government and FBI will not bother check your account but believe it or not they can track you in such various way.

But prior to that, why they will spend time to track your account? It needs long time of process and they have many important things to do. If such any cases that you are allegedly involved in any kinds of fraud activity or something like that, that's the time they will take action to you and surely they can track you. So what to do? Stay as a normal citizen of bitcoin community. You know what I mean.

Assume a people know im hidden a BTC in blockchain account but im not admit.

They can't. Unless you take care less of the things associated in your account to be able to open it (passwords, email passwords, private key etc.)

I don't think such things as "anonymous" exist these days. As long as they have enough incentive and the right technology, everything can be traced.
Use desktop wallets instead of online ones, to make "tracing" harder.

Assume a people know im hidden a BTC in blockchain account but im not admit.

As long as you keep your details to yourself, never use same passwords, never click 'suspicious' links, download anything and everything(keep your computer clean). That should help in keeping your wallets safe from hackers. Better yet, use google to search for tips on how to keep your PC clean and protected.

Government institutions including FBI will not check your wallet for no reason. They will probably have to have some suspicion that you are performing illegal activities or laundering money.
But in general today is very hard to keep your data anonimous because exchangers and wallet have obligation to report the data to governments if they ask if they want to keep their business legitimate.

I do agree! So fbi could check you wallet anytime so meaning we are not anonymous at all the can track us our transactions over bitcoin. Well at first i know that bitcoin is not really anonymous of what they said. But it is also safe and no need to worry if you haven't done any thing that could break laws then you are good

Remember the guy who was caught because the FBI traced his transactions. The guy they said ran the silk road, Ross Ulbricht. What they did was to trace his transactions and they were able to find him. I think, since he ran an illegal site, he did use mixers and tumblers. So I think if the FBI wants to really know who you are there is a great chance they will. Especially when a person cashes out their funds to fiat. That would definitely give you away.

You know what the government also considers to be a heavy crime? It's tax evasion.

While you are just hodling coins without thinking about declaring your coins to the IRS, you are without realizing it yourself evading tax.

If they spot some sort of suspicious activity with you and your bank account, then it will ring some alarms where they eventually will force whatever service to hand over user information.

It's a nasty method, but is a more than realistic scenario as we have seen with Coinbase. They don't have much to say. They must hand over all the information the IRS is asking for.
