So this is not accusation against them , i do believe that they go give payout way 10X than what i have requested.

I deposited 9.45BTC to my Primedice account ChevasRegal , and played some rolls and before i get into trap of restless player , i thought to cashout my full amount that bacame 9.54BTC , as soon as i pressed my withdraw button , it gave me message that your withdraw status is pending for manula verification.

Lisk was 0.00017BTC that time , i thought i would buy some lisk and would bet on some games , but the delay made by primedice has left me in despair in both sides.

I asked few Mod on chat , they said admins are sleeping. I said ok , i came here and PMed Stunna  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=81292)and MICRO  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=224248)about the situation.
I assumed that they were sleeping , but after 12 hours , i see them online and positing some promotion of primedice but not replying my PMs.

Shouldn't they alteast acknowledge what i said them in PM? All o see that they want more people to come and play at their site but what about keep them there?
I request community to help my issue resolve ASAP. 9.5BTC is not important here , but what was important that i could have pulled my LISK orders if they would had assisted me that time and even the game that i chosed to play yesterday was a massive win with 3-0.
