I've just attempted my first Bitfloor BTC withdraw to my wallet, and although they state that all withdraws are processed immediately, the transaction still hasn't hit the Blockchain. I haven't had any problems with btc withdrawals recently. USD deposits I can't say, but I would recommend not sending huge chunks of money anywhere in bitcoinland until you get a feel for it and know detailed history. It's the wildwest. Just send in 100 at a time. It seems to be the only exchange in the US with any kind of short turnaround on getting bitcoins right now. Too many people looking to buy is straining all the systems it looks like.
