It was created in 2011 as part of Series-1 by Mike Caldwell. Features an inkjet-printed public address on the exterior of the coin and a spelling error in the hologram (the 2nd "s" in "Casascius" is missing in the small holo-print).

And yes, this coin is more beat up than others I've seen on this forum. It was not kept in an airtight capsule but rather, in a plastic sleeve (by itself).
