Because there are alot of people claiming they have enough to buy when in fact they don't. :-\ So be careful here when asking for a trade. But would need to verify your ID is attached to the account sending funds, Hacked bank accounts can send these and be clawed back pretty easily/quickly by a bank. Been there done that. You can buy up to $ 150 without ID verification but the fees are quite important ... when you have made several transactions, you can even ask to have a higher purchase limit. Anyway, don't try to scam them, they hold the bitcoin at least 24 hours for the first transaction. There are tons of registred and licensed exchangers for canadians. OP can not pass KYC verification so he turns into this forum to find victims to scam, he do not mind paying a higher fee since it is not his money in the first place. His one positive trust is for 2.5BTC and from a guy with 0 posts, looks like he is adding fake trust with toss away accounts. And he has a negative for using stolen PP... Wanna bet it's the same deal here? |
