Hey guys,

I've been into blockchain, bitcoin and cryptocurrency for several years already. I am developing one project, however, I don't have well established social connections in bitcointalk forums and other forums. I want to do an announcement on forums in order to get some attention, collect feedback and support which can help me to grow and develop the project further. However, I am afraid that due to a new nature of a forum account, people won't accept me. I can see that authority in the forum plays a huge role.

What do you think, what I should do? And what would you do in my case?

If you're just talking there waiting for some help nothing happens but why you start already, make a portfolio here or if you have already in a website then link it here, show us you've done alredy this forum needs more developers like you that knows about cryptocurrencies. Being a newbie rank is not a hindrance here as long as you collected trust from others, making programs they need, especially making altcoins many people will hire you soon. Good luck anyways.

You know even a newbie account here can be treated fair once you show your asses neat, informative, properly and constructively. Just post a thread with full details and will really bring a good output if people will use your project. You are launching a new project but you are afraid then better not launched it for now. A new project must came up with a developer that has full of motivation to release it in the public.

If in the cases that it has receiving few reviews and your project is all about service and wants some clients, then you might consider to use some money and start doing signature or avatar campaign here in this forum.

Maybe people will think you aren't trustful because the brand new account, that is a fact.

But you can try to expose your project here, if you are a professional, you will show it in your posts and in yout external contents, like site. If people like what you have to offer, they will give it a try, and step by step the feedbacks come. Good luck, tell more about your project, create a thread.

and if I want to raise funds for ico?

Maybe I can find an announcement services for ico announcement management?

Do you want to pay someone to announce your service/project, manage the ICO and get funds (donations) to the project?

If you like to raise funds on ICO you need to find some escrow who will be ready to collect all the ICO funds for you and only release those funds in several fractions until you will have your project/Crypto ready and working so that there will be no chance for you/your team to run away without delivering what you guys have promised to.

and if its base on Ethereum smart contract, do I need to use escrow? Because smart contracts ensure that safe tokken/ money transfering

What kind of forum are going to run? I think it will be more challenge for you because i saw many forums which are announced here are not succeeded.
I suggest you to put some rewards when they sign up. People love rewards. Also make your forum unique because all i saw forum being introduced here are all looks the same.

OP you should explain more details about your project, your company profile need to be clear, since you newbie here(account), escrow is must. If you using smart contract platform then provide it if you honest guy by being a good people.
Actually forum rank is not guaranteed.

You can gain respect and authority quicker in crypto world than normal world.  Do paid tasks for the social media building and once you have paid people you will already have way more trust vs other accounts.  There isn't a faster way unless you buy a working business or accounts with respect but that can be seen as shady.

If it just advice and users views on Here then being a newbie then that dose not matter users will give you there help and advice but if you want investment then no you need to build trust on here first but as you state you need advise you will fine it here
