30 hours logged on this forum attempting to get my case resolved, tens of emails and PMs sent.. called the hotline multiple times.. URSAY, the customer service guy on these forums actually told someone "If you dont stop being mean to me I'm just not going to help you"... BitInstant has piss poor customer service. |
