There already is an incentive, it's just that your typical debt slave doesn't care about that incentive in the slightest. Guess what, that's OK. This is one of the reasons we need regulated gaming in the United States. Offshore sites are making millions of dollars with games that could easily be rigged. Just like drugs, the real way to help control gambling is through taxation and regulation. Uh, do they have any games which are "provably fair" ?
