As described on the website Itself . Paxful is a Peer to Peer Bitcoin marketplace connecting buyers with sellers. In other words , the website is fine and legit from what users says about it but you will be trading with other individuals and not buying from the service itself so you should worry more about the reputation of the user you are trading with.
I don't recommend continuing the website though, CEO and CTO has been arrested in Miami some months ago for having weapons and cocaine etc.

hmmm, yea that doesnt realy seem like a good idea however, i do notice that you trade with individuls on paxful.....but those fees are hella steep tho
is there anybody that is part of this forum that will take pp for trade at around 75% that you know of?

You can always make a [WTB] thread on the currency exchange section or check for sellers already. I have to warn you though, you may receive more negative trust as you are planning to use a reversible payment method such as PayPal and you will probably find a hard time finding traders since you are low ranked too.

from how i see things im going to have to ask a stranger in real life to take my paypal and sign up on coin base, make a transaction with their bank and then send the funds to my wallet
this place is brutal tbh...someone actually offered me $18. btc for 19$ and after i offered him 75% so i dont trust it he also has some scam accusation activity
