I have set up a personal mining pool for myself and my friends (I believe it should be working - just clarifying some questions before I have them switch over) using p2pool and cgminer. However, funds will be distributed manually, since it seems it would just be easier for me to do that manually. If I get ambitious some day I might set it up to be more public, ie friends and friends of friends.
