Yeah seems like a move to stop the flow of Yuan over the Bitcoin. It was obvious the Chinese government was afraid of the implications, and did whatever they could to prevent the obvious crash of their fiat currency.

Just a matter of time before the FUD settles, and the Rally picks up where it left over... with more momentum.

and then there'll be another china panic, and another, and another. someday this will be nipped in the bud but i don't see a rapid conclusion.

That's true, Panic is something that's much attached to the bitcoin and other cryptcurrencies. From its existence several panic situations were crossed by its users. So, as in the above quote it won't get a conclusion. Just gets driven by the support from users around the world if china makes regulations.

the thing with Chinese is that there is not "issue"

they have been publicly claiming they are handling millions of CNY everyday in their exchange and in trades, if it were anywhere else in the world the government would have done the "inspection" so much sooner.

for example if it was USA the IRS would have been at their door with swat team asking for all their records, i'd say China is so soft here.

  • right now there is a shakeout and soon there will be a massive pump.

If you seen many news and article online those are fake because they can not push back the price of bitcoin if they are not making an article that can be attracted people to panic sell.. it's marketing strategy just like before that someone saying that the price will decrease soon so people will panic sell that honestly they are just fooled by whales and chinese..
Good luck for those who are selling their bitcoin but i just telling you they are making their own move..

Things will probably get increasingly volatile for btc. Not to worry. If China owns most btc and btc becomes valuable globally the Chinese gov might see this as a benefit to China. Have weak Yuan national currency so China can continue to be a major exporting nation, while also have btc as a strong valuable cryptocurrency held by the more well off - or something anyone can benefit in China from having a currency usable to purchase/operate abroad with strong purchasing power. A rush to btc might also help the Chinese further suppress the yuan. If the Chinese hold 80%+ btc for now and btc becomes popular China stands to benefit. And even without any Chinese support btc is likely to be very healthy as time passes as exchange volumes are across globally in almost every country. Central bankers will still keep printing money, making debt slaves of the people where and as they are able  >:( , inflation will continue to rob the people - hedges against these things should do well.

I can see how it can be a tactic by the Chinese government to not have the yuan diminish any further.
It is a way for them to save their own national currency.
They are in panic mode and this is the only way they see to stop this from overflowing into chaos and having their renminbi (http://www.investopedia.com/articles/forex/061115/yuan-vs-rmb-understanding-difference.asp) devaluate even further.
Causing their very own economy from being out of their own control.
This chaos that I am talking about is =
Bitcoin allows it's own citizens full control of their money and this is what their government fears the most.
