Title: Bitfloor - anyone else having trouble with ACH direct deposit verification? Post by: jgao on April 12, 2013, 10:39:34 PM I just started trading on Bitfloor and I've been unable to upload a copy of my government ID. The image upload keeps failing so I cannot submit my verification request and ultimately withdraw funds. I've emailed support regarding the issue but have had no reply in the past 2 days, though I'm sure their support team has been inundated after the DDoS attack.
