Still, a common and effective practice followed by many businesses here would be conducting a contest for your requirement as you will be getting multiple choices to choose the best one.

To max out his time and see the good designers out there, setting up a contest is good. But there are good designers that aren't joining either.

Their good work will not be exposed for a contest and they are making it as a real job and they are treating it as a free job.

Although more designers are coming out when a contest pops up.

I recommend you to use Jayce's designing service. he's really a good designer and his signature designs really looks great.

But I am seeing the best designers of this forum are continuously participating in every contests.
Every creators usually want their works get published and get popularized and moreover free works need not to be the quality one.

Please name the designer who is not participating yet providing quality designs for free of cost. It may help many people here.

That will be the real purposes of running a contest. Owner will get the best available one.

There are many designers in bitcointalk where each person will charge differently, but they are good in designing the signature. It's better to run contest how much you are willing to pay for all requirement ranks you provide. Better decide your price and post in your OP so that they will decide.

Instead,organize a signature design contest.You will have options to choose from and it gives neutral opprtunities for all the signature designers to participate.Win Win Situation for everybody.

I have checked a number of contests and I found there that the contestants do not make beautiful signature in the contest. The best signature are those for which you directly hire a designers. The above mentioned designers are all better if you want to design signatures then hire one of them directly.
