I was thinking of ICO's and Innovation people..

So.. considering the advent of the ICO scheme / distribution system changed everything.
We have no choice but to assume your almost unanimous opinion on ICO's means ?
You consider ICO's to be Innovative.

ICO's have been the greatest change in Crypto over the years.
It is there for accepted and recognized as legitimate and fair and within the spirit of crypto ideology.
It is there for deemed the single greatest innovation in Crypto.

I do not agree with this but i have to accept it as fact.
You all have spoken..

What i want to ask you all is HOW in gods name do you consider doing an ICO innovative ?
How is this ICO system an improvement on Bitcoin ?

You either have to say it's better.. worse or the same.
Since your actions speak loud & clear we have NO CHOICE but to assume you all think they are an improvement over Bitcoin / Mining.

FACTS: Spoetnik is troll!

ICO is not innovative but POS is new, LEOcoin is POS and soon Eterheum is POS too

Only one coin is future and is LEOcoin because marketing is strong and you have to came to meeting, be friend and Buy LEOcoin!

Haha, i totally agree with you, but les then 1% of the ICOs are legit, we have to say that because there are people there who are serious about their project, but can't reach a release point because of the other guys scamming around.
There are 4 projects i am watching closely, LISK, WAVES, BCC, ASCENDANCY.
LISK because it is a javascript blockchain application (if i got it)
WAVES because a lot of people talked about, and i doubt they will ever release a fully functional product without some lies around
BCC because i want to see where are the 1500BTC and what they will do with them, as of now, there are still no real proofs of funds
ASCENDANCY because it is a new project, who offers smart apps and frameworks, and i love both of them, so i am curious.

Even if all of these projects are interesting me, i have a golden rule, "I never invest in an ICO if i am not 100% sure that it is legit", so as i am naturally suspicious, i never invest (unless it is a firend, but i don't have friends here, for now)

And the LEO coin shill brought up a point i thought of already (POS) Proof Of Stake.
Yeah for sure we can consider P.O.S. a possible innovation (maybe up for debate)
but.. it is NOT the single biggest innovation in Crypto History.. the ICO scheme is !
I can say this with confidence because it's been a long looong time since ICO's over took POS in popularity and USAGE.

The actual usage of ICO's in our crypto world is what speaks loudly here guys.
THAT is the smoking gun that is irrefutable.
And since it is a massive change from all the coins that were mined when i got here (pre-ICO days)
..then we have to decide which is it ? Worse, the same or better ?

SO..
It there for has already become the defacto gold standard.

I hope this gets you guys for once seeing this as it really is for the first time.
Take off the rose colored greedy bag-tainted contrarian glasses and see how utterly ridiculous this has become.

Who here among you all dares claim that the ICO is an "improvement" in initial distribution ?

I have been telling you guys lets get this cleaned up and get back on track and you all play dumb cry FUD / Troll etc then rail on with your never ending scammy ass shenanigans and defense retort antics.

I had this insight / revelation and thought ok maybe these guy will finally listen.
Maybe i can finally get through to people around here for once and we can get this crap fixed.

No ICO is legit.

Yes, I know they sound great. They will change the world with their tech. Hasn't anyone started an ICO for a dapp/smart contract/coin/blockchain that will drive your car yet? There must be one coming.

All the ICOs are far fetched ideas to scam dreamers and naive kids.

Save your money.

ICOs may be scams but there is money to be made on the exchanges trading them. I never buy into ICOs since you just cannot trust someone based on a bitcointalk account.

I can't agree with you on this point, because if you look deep enough, there are really a few amount of ICOs that are legit, when i say ICO i include all money leverage possibilities, including crowd funding, have a look at bitfinex campaign, they raised millions to refund people, and offered equities in exchange, it worked, and they are still paying the equities.
