Title: Anyone else's mtgox ticker data returning "0" for everthing?
Post by: bombartier357 on April 13, 2013, 10:14:52 PM
My bot recently started pulling Gox data that all returned 0.  Anyone else having similar issues?  I want to avoid this in the future if I can.

Mt Gox turned off trading apis since the lag was too much

Is this going to be a common thing you think?

Don't know and don't care, I moved my bot to bitstamp a while ago.

Why bitstamp?  I have been thinking about switching exchanges.

It is the 2nd largest trade volume exchange.

I had no idea.  Appreciate the heads up.  I will look into switching to this exchange.  Thank you sir.

Another heads up, in my bot, I abstracted the exchange apis, so I can easily switch to any exchange with one command, I suggest you do the same, it has come in handy.

Good call.  I will definitely look into that.
