Title: Re: Status / unconfirmed Post by: laszlo on June 09, 2010, 04:43:09 PM It doesn't mean anything - it stays unconfirmed for the first 5 then it just says blocks I think. The number is how many confirmations it's gotten. I guess the idea is that the more confirmations, the more likely it is a 'legit' transaction according to other nodes, so the more likely you are to be able to spend those bitcoins later.
