This will be my first post - and my last post.  As I am a believer in bitcoin I am also a believer in my anonymity.  I'm also a gambler.  I went and tried depositing and withdrawing at about 20-30 different bitcoin casinos to test out their claims.  Almost all bitcoin casinos will claim instant withdrawals, but only a handful deliver.  There's also a huge list of bitcoin casinos that will simply keep your deposit once you win a wager.  The following is my personal experience with these casinos.  Your mileage may very.

bitcoinvideocasino.com - 0.050BTC / No / Yes / Anonymous / Nothing but good things to say about this site.
nitrogensports.eu - 0.500BTC / No (full confirm) / Very fast (unsure if auto or manual) / Truly anonymous / Overall this is what I would like to see from bitcoin casinos.  Hopefully they don't ever go out of business.  Lots of games and sportsbook, truly anonymous, pays out very very quickly (I can't tell if it's manual or automated to be honest it's very quick). 
coinroyale.com - 0.400BTC / No / Automated or very fast manual / Truly anonymous / This casino is too small and new otherwise I would have rated it #1 above nitrogen.  No hassle deposit and withdrawal and truly anonymous.
bitcoinpenguin.com - 0.850BTC / Yes / No (manual) / E-mail only / High recommend (so far) these guys run the same software as other shadier casinos (the mbit casino and bitcasino.io) but so far they haven't reneged on any wagers and payout very quickly albeit manually.
sportsbetting.ag  - 1.0BTC / No / No (48 hours) / Fullz but don't verify / Recommend so far.  So far they have processed withdrawals in large amounts without requiring ID verification but YMMV.  If you want no risk then stay with real bitcoin casinos like bitvest and bitsler and the likes.


Questionable casinos:

jetwin.ps - 0.400BTC - No / Yes (automatic?) / Anonymous / This casino deposit/cashout was hassle free and it's truly anonymous, but the sportsbook is always under construction and the game selection is very limited.
1xbit.com - 0.80BTC / No / No (manual) / E-mail only / 1x rollover requirement is silly.  I do not claim ANY bonuses and I NEVER claim any bonuses.  Also this place just feels shady like it will eventually go out of business for some reason.
Betchain.com - 0.400BTC / Yes / No (manual) / Truly anonymous / When you win small wagers, they payout quick.  But when you win a big wager, suddenly they have a 3x rollover requirement.  They said they will waive the 3x rollover requirement for a 10% fee but when you tell them that you approve the 10% fee they just ignore your e-mail and reply back that there is a 3x rollover requirement.  So in other words I would not recommend this casino as 3x rollover requirement is ridiculous.  (Mind you I did NOT claim ANY bonuses and NEVER claim any bonuses).  UPDATE after contacting chat, they agreed to deduct 10% from my account and they processed the transaction.  It was very fast.  Upgrading this casino to questionable.  Still, I would recommend avoiding and use one of the really anonymous sites and not this quasi-traditional sportsbook as they will change up the rules when you win.


Bad casinos:

Playamo.com - 0.200BTC / No (1 confirmation) / No (manual) / No - ID required for withdrawal / Not recommended they will require your full ID even for small withdrawals.
mbitcasino.com - 0.400BTC / Yes / No (manual) / Anonymous / Deposits are instant.  But when you win a larger wager, they reneg on the bet and cancel your withdrawal and tell you that any wagers that are won prior to the deposit receiving 6/6 confirms will be reneged.  I have no idea why a casino would allow wagers and then cancel them, there's no excuse for this and they go straight to the bad casino list.  They should just credit your account until it's time to wager.  
fun-casino.com - 0.500BTC / Yes / No (manual) / E-mail only / Does not ever send a payout.  SCAM SCAM SCAM.  Support does not reply to requests to give me back my money.  Avoid this site at all costs.
anonymous-casino.com - 0.800BTC / Yes / No (manual) / E-mail only / SCAM site.  Closes your account when you win any wagers and keeps all your BTC.  Avoid this site at all costs.  Note this site is from Croatia so I am also adding all Croatia based casinos to my bad list.
4grinz.com - Croatia based partner of anonymous-casino?  avoid like the black plague, you have beed warned. 
cryptogames.io - Croatia based you have been warned.  (Not to be confused with crypto-games.net which is awesome)
bitcasino.io - 2.0BTC / Yes / No (manual) / Full ID required before wagering / Bitcasino seems to respect your privacy for small wagers and process withdrawal without ID verify, but for larger wins they actual freeze your whole account prior to allowing wagers and will require full ID verification.  after ID verification they stop responding to e-mails.  recommend avoiding this place and the sister site at sportsbet.io unless you are a micro-better and don't mind if your account is frozen and funds confiscated.

Conclusion and advice

In today's era there is no need to be handing over your full ID and selfie to casinos to play, this is silly.  Be sure to make small test deposits, and increase your deposits and build trust with your casino of choice.  If a casino asks for your full ID, run!  If a casino doesn't process your BTC withdrawals within 1 hour, run!  Some traditional sportsbooks and casinos are embracing bitcoin (Nitrogen, Fortunejack, etc.) while a new age of truly anonymous and instant bitcoin casinos are here (Bitsler, Bitcoinvideocasino.com, crypto-games.net, kingdice.com, etc.).

So, if you need deep games and sports wagering you will have to use a traditional sportsbook that has bolted-on bitcoin (with the exception of Nitrogen which has it going on).  If you just want dice, roulette or other video gambling you definitely need to hit one of these newer non-bookie associated sites like bitsler, kingdice, etc. etc.

I apologize if this post violates any sort of rules, but what I found was that most of the posts on these forums regarding these casinos were either missing or inaccurate or things have changed.  I wanted to try to help other gamblers avoid the hassles (and even sometimes ripoffs) of dealing with the more difficult casinos.  I wanted everyone to know there is no longer any reason to put up with bullshit bookie tactics such as :  high rollover requirements, never-ending ID verification checks, and scams.

Surely there are other good casinos and we look forward to your suggestions too.

It's pretty common to see people put together stuff like this, and then end up losing interest or alternatively start to promote the sites that pay the most either directly or through affiliate programs.

How will it be unbiased if it is a market? A market needs funding, funding comes from investors, investors get the worth of their investment. Although from time-to-time you can run into some unbiased post here, but never did I imagine a wiki.

Rhavar it pains me not to see bustabit in this list. But maybe author is unbiased and choose freely.

Can you explain to me and rest of us Croats what does this "Croatia based you have been warned" mean?

Under bad casinos you can add: btc-casino and starcoin. Both use ripped off versions of Novomatic slots and likely rip players off as well.

While I agree that anonimity is a good thing when playing on gambling sites, you have to consider that it is probably not something the casinos would want to do.

The ones that are asking for id are probably complying to local regulations and laws, which means that in case of disputes, it is also much easier to find out where to go to.

i don't see you give a definition of anonymity, it has such a wide range of definition. from what i can read in your post you mainly consider them anonymous if they don't ask for ID but that is not all. a truly anonymous casino is the one that apart from not asking for any ID,... doesn't keep any logs such as loging your IP address.

i don't know any case that someone would want that but whenever there is talk of anonymity keeping logs is the main issue.

and also if you want more anonymity then they should offer TOR mirrors for extra anonymity. again i can't think of any reason why anyone would want this. and besides all the casinos that i have seen so far which were working with bitcoin never ask for any ID and Email is optional and good for increasing security.

I believe your list, you didn't post any ref link so, I am going to check all.

I though so at a time, but then cloudbet and sportsbet.io came, in no way can you compare the odds to those in live games offered by either of those sportbooks, and cloudbet's collection of games is even bigger than Directbet's, That's just the size whenever you open it compared to DB's. Also the selections are wider, you are even able to play game-by-game in tennis in every tennis game rather than just the winner and loser/set bets in directbet. Even the promotions are of less scale compared to money-backs offered by sportsbet.io...

Anyway regarding casino's, I definitely like fortunejack platform, seems very smooth and been around for a long time...

I think the problem is also that it's tough to really qualify which casinos requires ID. I am considering to make a list that simply mentions KYC in TOS. But then again, there might be sites that list KYC in their TOS just to cover themselves (from potential law enforcements), while not requiring this from (practically all)/normal players. Of course I could test sites (like OP), but that is still just 1 experience and might be different with other amounts.

Same for other situations like "instant withdrawals", I know plenty of sites that are "normally" instant, but of course if HW is empty it can take more time. So it wouldn't be fair to judge it on a few experiences.

Cloudbet is sort of dead. They have a nonexistent support system and if they were to block your money, their reputation does not get affected at all anywhere.

@OP you can test fortunejack as i have never got any problem with my deposit and withdraw there before. It was almost instant always to withdraw from them and they are quite trusted by the community.

Yeah, for sure. It's tricky. There's also sites like bitstarz that use KYC as a way to hope people would rather preserve their privacy than their money. I tried asking them about their policy, but they just ignored me. One of my players there was complaining he won 0.2 BTC profit on bitstarz (and has never used fiat on their site) and they would not let him do any withdrawals unless he provided extensive id and what not (which he ended up reluctantly doing, to get his money).

Of course if you lose, or even don't win; there's no id required.

I read that too, but later in the same thread he admitted to having 10 accounts created with the same ip, so it is not really a surprise the sport book decided to not allow him to withdraw since that goes against their TOS.

I think the post is not updated since the post was made last January 2017. But, obviously Stake.com belongs to the good casino list and promising casino list. On the other hand, some bad casinos have been mentioned in this post. And the reason to say bad is explained here. Thank you for posting a helpful post. Based on my research there are lots of people that claim that fortune jack is good and I haven't tried it out as well. I'd really love to try it out if it's as good as they claim it is. I have also made use of the 1xBit Casino, but i stopped making use of it, not for any reason ,but because I just don't want to use them again, i found a better casino and that's bitvest as well. I didnt see playbetr listed or mentioned as an instant and anonymous bitcoin & cryptocurrency casino.
Because they are after I have used them for a solid month. They do give instant withdrawals after the first one is confirmed with just an email sent to you. Then after this your withdrawals are indeed instant.
With just an email to confirm it is infact you how anonymous is this? They do not ask any compliance to kyc procedures from you inorder to allow a withdrawal. So this to me is fully anonymous compared to other crypto casinos I have used in the past.

To be anonymous, it depends on gamblers themselves, not only casinos. Casinos can provide good mechanism to help their users being anonymous, but gamblers themselves should be careful with their activitives when visit casinos and gamble. Using TOR is utmost thing to stay anonymous, and if gamblers don't use TOR, it is risky for them if they put all required things on casinos' owners hands. Gamblers should be careful at the start, when they register accounts on casinos, and with their first deposits to casinos. People tend to forget to do such things because at beginnings, they don't think they will use such new-born casisnos for too long.

It is not 100% anonymous but you can always just sign up a throwaway email like I did for some services. For me, this is a form of security because I am more likely to remember my password to email, then I am to remember private key to sign an address to recover a lost account. But if it becomes a site I love, then for sure true anonymity must be an option. We all have crypto now,,, we should learn how to use it to sign to recover accounts.

There is no need to use TOR when visiting online casinos in the crypto world. Just avoid any casino that asks you to fill in KYC which is the easiest way to sacrifice your anonymity.

I recommend sticking to the most popular casinos like Stake, Primedice, Fortunejack, Crypto games etc which allow you to gamble anonymously without any sort of hassle and I can vouch for that.

Not really ashame of it, you speak like we do have contagious disease.  Playing in casinos doesn't mean we have leprosy, its entertainment and business for some. The reason why people wants to be anonymous is because of privacy, you don't wanna share your information when having it in the wrong hands can easily destroy your life. Just by having your real name on their database means you can be traced.

Exactly right, I am a fan of the three from the list. Windice.io, bitsler.com, and coinroyale.com. I love the way Windice.io processes the withdrawals and you are correct that that is their advantage (I did not mean that the other sites aren't like them). Bitsler.com also had the same advantage, the coinroyale also has a fair system in gambling and I love playing blackjacks there since they give 10 cards to the users. Also, the deposits and withdrawals are anonymous.

I do agree that anonymity is the primary reason why many people gamble on online casinos in order to protect their identity, but this in no way means that they can easily trace us through our real names.

They need other details like address, email etc which are usually found through KYC forms which is why I always advise ignoring casinos with the KYC requirement if your primary goal is to stay anonymous.

Hey JohnyBravoBoy, looks like OP hasn't updated the list any further. Crypto-games.net is no longer a promising casino, but is now one the best casino out there :). No KYC bullshit or other hidden policy that will violate your privacy or stop you from withdrawing your winnings. Just make sure you follow their terms of service and you will be good to go. OP has been gone and that is the reason why the well know gambling platform right now aren't on the list.

The last thing I do is give out my full ID to any casino, those people are thieves… Wolves in sheep's clothing. Yes crypto was meant to make their users anonymous but some people are giving out their anonymity just to play in those casino.

So you do not trust Stake and Primedice as well? As there is a term on both sites that they reserves the right to ask for KYC at any time? Indeed they do not ask it to all players since the first time of registration but there is a chance that users will be asked for KYC. The list is not updated, they have more new bitcoin casino that you do not need a KYC or ID to use their site like depositing and withdrawing your money and as a player that I consider to play.  For now I choosing best bitcoin casino where can I submit my KYC but I really don't like it but if it's necessary I don't have choice but for the site that I know is really legit and I experienced already. Nah, I don't have experience with that website that you have mentioned but it looks actually good. They have different types of game that you can gamble with and they also have an app so I think that's quite impressive for a casino that I didn't know.
