almost certain its a scam. OP uses the word "Abbreviation" instead of ticker? it does sound not legit considering he is promoting an exchange. tell tale sign of scam is all over this ICO. be prepared for them to disappear like fart in the wind.

That is not an identity check. I can put whatever I want in the whois records of my domains. If you want to give some security, don't come up with whois records, but at least:

- offer Escrow
- publish source code

beforehand.

Refusing to do so makes your coin almost certainly a scam. I cannot remember any coin that was ICO's without any form of security, that was NOT a scam. I do however remember many coins that were a scam.

your questions should be asked to all coins creators not me, what is the rationale behind creating a cryptocurrency?. Simple answer decentralisation and financial freedom, Making it easier for users to send feeless funds. Well you would still be doubtful about the credibility of the coin. So nobody obliges nobody to invest in my coin. Share your ideas and they are welcome.

You are right sir, 7 btc is decent fund for a project, and many ICO are scam, but you are legit, you raised money and still exist here, good signnfor this coin.  :)

You can name as many as hundreds of coin which are legit but most of them have no support community. On the opposit, we have more than 2000 person following Atls and many of them have already bought into the coin.

After checking all the content provided on the ANN, I can give my unbiased insight on the legitimacy of Atlascoin.
Every aspect of the coin looks legitimate; Whitepaper, Explorer, website, webwallet, all qtwallets, sourcecode...
Yet the premine amount is a bit large and unjustified. You said the premine will be distributed as bounties and expenses, which seems unreasonable. 15% is almost 40 million coin out of 300 million coin! Anyway I know you personally Mr Aziz and I trust your project, but I didn't buy any coin from the webwallet yet. I've already voted for the listing of Atlascoin on c-cex.com. Waiting for your reply!
