Lol... but he said free of charge but OP you need to still get the fact that there is no way that project will fly with zero funds and everybody will workl completely free of charge as everybody that will be needed cannot be part of the team for example for someone who will do research about the legality  of where to host, or agreement to sign, or even the enabling law and licences to obtain, it cost money which will only be provided with requisite knowledge who might not be interested in being part of the team.

For gathering a team of expert developers you have to pay them for their work for the gambling site. The other point is that if there will be no any fund for the start then you will not get the success because it require a huge amount of fund to take the start.

I don't think you can get this team together OP. Since you are just the one looking for them and not really offering anything into the table you're just gonna be a freeloader in case you do get them into a team. It would be better if you just pay people to work for you and not really promise a future profit as people will be skeptical to join this.

Nothing wrong with you having an idea, but in order to create something where quality and security is the main point of attention, you'll need top notch developers and designers.

You can't expect them to offer their services for free while these people are wanted by basically every serious business where they are being paid greatly for their delivered work. Quality and security comes at a price.

You are aware of how many free gambling/casino scripts there are out that you can customize to your needs and liking? You just need to look them through for bad code lines put in there to potentially clean your hot wallets.

Goodluck if you got a decent and proffesional designer,who will do this for free,you need funds to pay for domain ,host and other stuffs and if I am a designer or a developer I would rather create my own than partnering to someone who's only contribution is just in words,you don't even post what will be your contribution.

No one is ready to accept your proposal because even though you have good intention but no body will waste their time by designing you for free.If you find any body than you are lucky enough. It's better gather some fund and ask people than you will get many application from people.

please be very specific about what positions you need, what is the job for each position and the knowledge they should have, or you may end up in a mess that you won't make anything worth

also if you want people to help you, you either pay upfront or offer partnership and share of profits, but to get investors you need a clear and well formulated business plan

How about you what is your expertise,what can you put into the table,since you are asking for a free service for your idea,the best plan is to invite investors and not skilled workers,because they will not offer their skills for free but only if you have an expertise to share also.

if i will pay them, this will be not team they will not get profit after launch

When you are confident about your idea about your new gambling site, why not you try crowd funding for your project. Raise funds and hire high quality developers for building a better platform.

But I guess there are less resources are available on how to initiate bitcoin based crowd funding. Google and also get help from your local legal people too.

0% house edge is a red flag. What is the point of the site, if it's not making profit? Why would a developer help you? What do you plan to do with it? You're leaving out a LOT of important information.

Be careful on they way you post, you can make 5 above posts in single post. 5posts in 10minutes, it sounds like you are just bumping your post count instead of you have a real project for this gambling team.

0% HE is a red flag because it gives more than enough time for the site to tank if you're bankrolling it. If you aren't, how are players winning? Where is money coming from? Who's taking the risk?

0% house edge is impossible.op is kind of just joking by saying that because he wants a team.no feeds provider has feeds with 0% house edge so i dont know from where he is going to get feeds with 0% HE.

I think think the only way to do 0%HE with no funds. Is by make only p2p gambling and take small fee for hosting the games.

for that thing a lot of traffic is needed and investment which op is not ready to do so p2p is not aim of op.
