The negative effects of this kind of tasks is that it will make blockchain even more congested than it currently is. I say is a negative effect since it is a very low amount, I would suggest you OP to make it a weekly payout, shares, likes and then calculate and make weekly payouts. In this way, you could help in the blockchain traffic plus, more people may participate since it will be a higher amount.
