What kind of knowledge do you need to create a gambling site? I assume many sites are written in Javascript? Or PHP? I am not saying that I think I could create a gambling site, but I find the topic interesting and wonder if some people here can share their knowledge about it, like how they got into it.

The programming language is combined to produce awesome gambling site. What I know php mostly used for connected to the database(it can be more used), HTML is the body, CSS is the clothes and js is the motion for makes the games alive. (CMIIW).

Besides the programming skill, such marketing and seo is the important thing to exposes your site. Plus advertising cost is need a lot.

I saw some other gambling project in github before and i think the other program language they are using is python but yeah most of the are PHP and javascript because this is common programming languages.. that much more easier than advance program like python scripts..

making a gambling site and knowing the designing and programming part of it is only half the battle, and i can say it is even lower than half.

If your skills is not for programming why you need to become harsh on your self when you can't understand even one language of programming? it alone will not be enough to build a gambling website which is nice. we must learn the techniques of marketing and also how to make a good promotion. because it can develop gambling website from its users. the more users, the greater the revenue.

same as any other website... you will need way more than one language.
plus, everyone is talking about what is needed to create the website.. but im sure the hardest part will be keeping it online. As any other business, it isn't easy to administer.

I have seen a new script completely made up of php recently which is also open source. It uses only php and mysql database, tested that site and it is running as predicted. But it doesn't have cool graphics and other functions like chat etc because it is not possible with just php.

Yup, we will get PHP and javascript codes in online. But if you want to create a secure website my choice is to use Python language it is more secure and you can able to store your data very safe. The site performance is also faster than other coding languages. And this is also open source. You will get all codes and information in Google.

yes it may be easy to create a bitcoin gambling site but  in fact the most important and difficult job is how to run the site in a good way. the most important job is how to attract customer to your gambling site. it require a lot of techniques and experience.
