10. [overview] Recover Bitcoin from any old storage format (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4959742.0)

Scraping the forum
I made Scraper-scripts to scrape certain threads. It's highly customized, I plan to make it easier to adjust if I need it for something else.
This is very useful for threads that require users to post a username, Bitcoin address or BetID. The tricky part here is to exclude nested quotes.
I've been using a scraper for entries (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1497343.msg17630204#msg17630204) and results (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1497343.msg17637935#msg17637935) in Campaign 1 for months, and made a new one to create and post a table of all entries in Campaigns 4 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1775207.msg17936711#msg17936711), 5 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1809383.msg18393052#msg18393052), 6 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1853388.msg18608245#msg18608245), 7 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1884547.msg19291553#msg19291553) and 8 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1943900.msg19355968#msg19355968). My scraper LoyceBot (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=949024) now also posts account levels and activity so I can easily check eligibility.

Future plans
1. I'm no longer considering making a SMAS-like thread to join forces with other giveaways. Let's call it GAS for now: Giveaways Against Spam. Slogan: "We give you gas". I won't do this, as there are no giveaways left to manage.
2. I'm considering to - very original - start a Loyce Lending Service (LoyceLS) (plans are on hold at the moment).

Reputation
See LoyceV's reputation thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4826180.0), it's not self-moderated. Feel free to add comments.

Any offers? PM (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=459836) me, post here, or use Telegram @LoyceV (note that Telegram itself is not trusted, finalize any deal on Bitcointalk).

Many signature campaigns have members posting in Spam Megathreads*. Those threads are only used (not read!) by spammers, posting the same things over and over again to increase their post count. I've never been in a signature campaign that pays for this, and I encourage all other campaign managers to stop paying for this too.

Thanks artmaker :)

That said, I still can't agree with your approach. Indeed, as a campaign manager you decide which threads should be considered "Spam Megathreads", but unless you are a representative of the company behind a signature campaign, this may not be what they might really want after all.
It's okay not to agree with me, I'm totally fine with that ;)
If someone wants to pay people to spam the forum, I'm not the guy to go to. The Signature Campaign Guidelines (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1684035.0) require campaign managers to fight spam, and that's what I do.

Quote
And your inferences that these threads are avoided by everyone are mostly unfounded.
They're not avoided, they're used for massive spam. But the signature spammers who post there, are not the ones you want to advertise to, they're mainly poor people from third world countries who won't turn into paying customers.

Quote
For example, there is a thread about Gold vs Bitcoin (or something to that tune), which has over 400 pages (I guess it should be well off the charts as a spam thread to you). I have been called a spammer myself for posting in this thread specifically, but I'm not the only one who is posting and conversing there in a constructive way.
Bitcoin or gold? (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=508270.0) has 486 pages. You can't have a serious discussion in 486 pages, it's a mix of Newbies posting oneliners to level up, and higher level accounts making long enough posts to look "constructive" for their signature campaign.
If you want to have a serious thread about Gold vs Bitcoin, why don't you create a self-moderated thread, and delete all unsubstantial posts?

Quote
So I can't say that it is full of spam or consists only of spam, and I think you have no ground to call it a spam thread either (if that is your intention)
Let me put it this way: many posters are already on my ignore list. A moderator moved most of the threads I mentioned here to the trash can, which proves me right.

Edit: let me end this right here: my campaign thread is not the place to discuss whether or not one specific thread is a spam thread.

I've joined forces with Thekool1s (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=345771) to form BitStopShop (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2395937). Our small team we can offer more services now, including graphics design, to offer a complete package.

I'll keep a public blacklist. This doesn't mean you're a bad person, it doesn't mean you post only bad posts, but it means I don't want to spend time checking your post history again, as I don't expect you'll ever qualify. It's just a waste of my time to check the post history again. Don't send me a PM asking me for the reason. You're rejected because of your post history. Accept my decision. I will not spend extra time going over the same posts again to explain it to you, especially if you don't even bother to read what I just wrote.
I am also not your personal teacher: if you can't figure out how to improve your posts on your own, I don't think you can improve.

People on this blacklist will not be allowed to join any of my future campaigns. If SMAS is interested in the future, I'll gladly combine my blacklist with their blacklist.

Many people join, even though they haven't made a single post that would qualify for this campaign in a very long time. Not reading the rules of a campaign is a very good indication that those people don't care what they post on the forum. Reading the rules is also part of my selection procedure, if someone applies without reading, that means he's just wasting my time and gets rejected.
If you mainly use your account for giveaways and bounties, you're not what I'm looking for in a campaign. It's even more likely it's one of many alt-accounts.

I don't add everybody who's rejected to my blacklist. I may accept some of the rejected users in the future.
One person even applied twice (http://archive.is/OQ8HM#selection-439.1-661.34) to a campaign, that's such a waste of my time.

Many people apply to 3 different campaigns at the same time, and apparently can't wait for 2 days without being paid. This lack of loyalty means I don't pick them.
I also don't appreciate the many people sending me a PM asking about their application. If you want to PM me, do it before applying! After applying, you're just adding to my work load by basically doubling your entries.

I'm currently managing a signature campaign that allows Member-users to join. Most of them are just used to spam, farm, and only post when they have a signature campaign. I think I've rejected at least 95% of these. Most of them are just farmed accounts, many from Indonesia, waiting to be paid to spam the forum.

Many people stop posting the second their last signature campaign ended, and then for weeks in a row only posts trying to apply to other campaigns. That means they're using the forum as an ATM, not as a forum, and they probably have many more accounts doing the same. That's not what I'm looking for in a campaign participant.

One person removed his signature after he was accepted, without notifying me. This behaviour got him blacklisted from all my future campaigns.
If you decide to switch to another campaign, it's highly appreciated if you strike out your application. Campaign managers are humans, not robots. Don't waste my time.

LoyceV is the best Campain Manager I ever had (I wore the signature)

He is responsive, reviews each post manually and seems overall really straight (I was informed personally that the signature campaign was canceled, but received the money for my current posts)

Keep it on!  :)

Yep, I'd recommend LoyceV as well as he/she communicates in a clear and transparant way and has a zero tolerance policy towards spammers. A true addition to signature campaigns and this forum in general!

LoyceV is a great campaign manager. Probably the best one I've experienced yet. :o
He keeps spam out and actively filters out the bad posts, instead of randomizing that, like some managers tend to do.

Sadly, the campaign was cancelled pretty quickly after I was accepted, but he told us quickly and promised to pay us for the posts we made till then.

Keep going like this!  ;)

I've sent you an email, but given the fact you already created a (now deleted) off-topic spam post in another thread, I don't think I'm your guy.

I was asked to join 🔥 ALU Services - Campaign Management, Escrow & Design 🔥 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2477796.0), which I've accepted.
I'll keep this thread open, and I'll keep using it as my portfolio, blacklist, and of course I/we am/are still available for offers.

I've updated the OP with the latest campaigns I've managed.

TODO: create a default disclaimer for any future campaigns I'll be managing.
TODO: create terms for anyone I'll go in business with.

Not hiring you, but leaving a feedback.
First of all, LoyceV is a person who hates spamminh and plagiarism and is very honest about those things without censoring them

Out of curiousity, why is a quality poster like "bill gator" blacklisted :P

Ps. Make LoyceV a merit source already theymos :D

Good question :D Unfortunately, I don't remember the answer :(
I didn't look at my blacklist anymore, and in the past months I've seen his posts quite often without thinking anything bad about them.
My public blacklist was mostly created from this campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2432864.0). His post has been deleted, it could have been a number of reasons (and I don't remember exactly). He did have a few months post gap (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=370611;sa=showPosts;start=840) right at the start of that campaign, and posted in quite a few Spam Megathreads before that.
He shouldn't be on my blacklist now, so thanks for bringing it to my attention!

I was planning to join your recent Signature Campaign (PlayBitcoinGames.com) before but unfortunately, I'm too late. It made me think right now that it's just fine because I won't get accepted anyway :)

I'm holding on to these words and hoping that I'd be able work with you in  your future campaign LoyceV.

I may accept some of the rejected users in the future.

My last signature campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4675126.msg42182515#msg42182515) ended a year ago, so I'd like to manage another campaign.

I won't reject them if I trust them (pending payment negotiations). The ones I've rejected were mainly ICOs with no other purpose than to hype their made-up token and make the creator rich.

LoyceV, I thought this was over for quite a while and it kinda surprises me that you didn't manage any campaign for almost 3 years after that campaign ended. Based on your portfolio, I truly believe that you are worthy enough to be recommended as one of the other experienced manager in addition to several other manager. I hope you get an offer soon.
